1. Membership Agreement
- Memberships
are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Members
must provide accurate personal information.
- Memberships
will continue on a monthly-rolling basis until cancelled by the member
unless stated otherwise.
- Monthly
payments will determine your membership package.
- Membership
payments will be due on the 1st of each calendar month.
- Memberships can be frozen on request of the member on the account.
- Members will not be able to enter the gym facility without a paid membership or purchasing a day pass.
2. Access and Usage
- Members
must present their QR code upon entry.
- Gym
hours of operation and access policies will be communicated and may be
subject to change.
- All
guests of members must report to reception to purchase a day pass and
complete a PARQ.
- Club
access is off limits to members on CLASS ONLY memberships.
- Day
passes and class passes must be used on the day of purchase.
3. Health & Safety
- Members
must complete a PARQ upon sign up.
- Members have to option to request a formal gym induction with a member of staff if needed.
- Members are responsible for booking their own induction if an induction is required.
- The
gym is not responsible for any injuries incurred during workouts.
- A
copy of the gym risk assessment is available at reception to all members.
- Members
must report any accidents or injuries to a member of staff.
- Members
must inform a staff member if they are unsure of how to use any equipment.
- Equipment
and machines must be use accurately and safely using safety clips where
needed.
- Members
should report any damages to equipment or machines or malfunctions to
staff immediately.
- Members
are encourage to use a single piece of equipment at one given time.
- Members MUST return all weights to weight racks and equipment to their place of storage after use.
- Members who do not respect this rule and fail to tidy up after themselves
are at risk of having their membership cancelled.
4. Conduct and Behaviour
- Members
are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
- Members
are to dress in appropriate gym attire (no work wear, jeans, or work boots,
flip flops or sliders are to be worn in the facility).
- Member
are to ensure footwear is clean upon entering the facility.
- Members
are to remain fully clothed when training within the facility.
- Harassment,
abusive language or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
5. Personal Items
- Members
are responsible for any personal items they bring into the facility
including mobile phones, headphones or other items.
- Any
lost property will be kept in the office for 3 months.
6. Classes
- Classes are paid for at the time of booking via the members app.
- Class spaces cancelled after 2 hours cannot be redeemed against another class or refunded.
- Class spaces cancelled before 2 hours can be redeemed against another class.
- Class passes must be used within 14 days of purchase.
- Classes need a minimum of 2 participants to run. Class will be cancelled 2 hours prior to starting if they are not at capacity.
7. Cancellations
- Iron
Foundry Gym & Fitness is at liberty to cancel any membership if any of
the terms and conditions laid out above are not complied with.
- A
minimum notice of 1 month must be given to cancel any membership. Verbal
or written permission is required from the member on the account to
cancel.
- No
portion of memberships can be refunded.
- No refund can be given against products bought from the gym shop.
